Painting with Layers

 

By blending layers in Photoshop, the following combination of photos were used to create the graduation invitation above.

I extracted the graduate and replaced background with the enlarged soccer ball from the same photo and a blurred webshot screen capture. 2012 was created in 3d with the texture shown and then reskined with rotated images of the soccer ball.
